Description

Fastrak is a three dimensional electromagnetic based tracking system, developed in the 1980’s by Polhemus. It is a digitising system, offering precise spatial measurement of movement in time. It is useful in research, diagnosis and outcome measurement in medical disciplines from rheumatology, sports medicine, orthopaedics, rehabilitation medicine to ‘robotic surgery’.
