Description
A palliative medicine mailing list has been present on Mailbase for the past two years. Mailbase is the United Kingdoms major electronic mailing list service which enables groups to manage their own discussion topics and is primarily aimed at improving communication between academics for the promotion of education and research. It is funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee of the Higher Education Funding Councils for England, Scotland and Wales and the Department of Education for Northern Ireland. The service was initially free of charge.
