Description
The article describes the UK and European legislation that underpins the UK standards for vision and driving. The role of the Advisory panel is outlined, together with an example of a recent change in the interpretation of the UK visual field standard, introduced as a consequence of the ongoing review of all standards, by DVLA, that is regularly undertaken using the advice given by all Honorary advisory panels.
