Description
This article will discuss the diagnostic criteria for Sj??grens syndrome, together with its classification into primary and secondary forms. The clinical features of both forms are described and the overlap with other disorders will be discussed. Systemic complications of Sj??grens syndrome will be emphasised, together with their natural history. Appropriate investigations will be suggested, management strategies reviewed and the possible direction of future research debated.
