Description
Ocular motor nerve palsies are well known to occur with diabetes mellitus. The following article discusses the possible incidence and pathogenesis of ocular nerve palsies in this condition, with particular reference to third and sixth nerve palsies.
The investigation and management of these nerve palsies is considered, supported by two case reports.
