Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the male breast is a rare disease and represents only 7% of male breast cancers. Few cases have been reported in the world literature but DCIS appears to carry a good prognosis.1 We present a case of DCIS in a 63 year old man who presented with a nodule in his right breast and was treated with simple mastectomy.
