Description
Following major head and neck surgery,a reliable
method of enteral feeding is required.1 A nasogastric, tube is
the simplest and safest way of achieving this.Traditional
methods of securing a nasogastric tube include Elastoplast to
skin and silk suture through nasal septal cartilage. We
describe an alternative safe, secure and comfortable method of
providing enteral nutrition for the patient, with minimal
risk.
