Description
An 84 year old man was referred to the falls assessment clinic after an episode of collapse. It transpired, from witness account, that this was due to a seizure. There was no previous history of epilepsy or any cardiac illness. On examination he had pill rolling finger movements. The remainder of the examination including cognitive function was normal.
