Description
A 67 year old female presented with a two month history of pain within the left lower leg and increasing pain in both knees. She had a past history of rheumatoid arthritis. A bone scan showed increased uptake around both knees consistent with her known arthropathy and a further lesion within the left distal tibial shaft. An MRI of the leg was subsequently performed
