Description
A 92 year old lady, who was normally well and fit with no significant past medical history was admitted to hospital with a generalized seizure. Shortly prior to admission she suddenly became dizzy ,fell and injured her head. Later on she was witnessed by her relatives to have an episode of loss of consciousness with rolling eyes and jerking movements of her limbs.
