Description
Surgery for snoring and occasionally for obstructive
sleep apnoea is widely practiced amongst the ENT fraternity.
Adequate investigation prior to treatment should be the norm.
Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty/Laser Palatoplasty are the most
commonly used surgical procedures with CPAP reserved for moderate
to severe Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
