Description
We r eport an unusual case of obstructive sleep apnoea
(OSA)secondary to obstruction of a tracheostome by
hypertrophy of a pectoralis major myocutaneous flap,that
was used to close a persistent post-operative fistula in a
patient who underwent a total laryngectomy and partial
pharyngectomy.The clinical details and management of this
condition are described.
