Description
As usual, this issue of CME Radiology addresses a range of topics. Subarachnoid haemorrhage is a typical middle-of-the-night request for a scan and its imaging and therapy is comprehensively reviewed.
Also included are overviews of bone marrow imaging, its complexities and pitfalls, and a review of current imaging for anal fistulae. These articles carry MCQ questions. Subscribers to the journal may submit these without charge for marking and the award of one Category I credit. The Pictorial Review of sellar and parasellar lesions and practical advice on Hickman line insertion complete the academic content. Dr Josephs article on the Merit Award system was commissioned before the recent announcement of an overhaul of the system. We do not know how wide ranging this will be but the system as it is now, and will be for the next round of awards, is explained. We shall update you in the future.
