MRI elegantly displays a wide gamut of abnormalities in the breast. This pictorial review details the appearances of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI scans performed for a variety of indications. The appearances of benign and malignant tumours, tumour recurrence, post radiation change, enhancing scar tissue mimicking a mass, DCIS, enhancing tissue around suture material and enhancing post radiation changes are presented.
