Description
We report a case of 25 years old male with bilateral subfoveal scars following diffuse subretinal fibrosis. Diffuse subretinal fibrosis is a part of spectrum of retinal inflammatory disorders, Including multifocal choroiditis with panuveitis (MCP) and punctate inner choroidopathy (PIC).
It is an inflammatory condition involving deep retina and inner choroid, characterized by multiple yellow lesions with subretinal fluid in deep retina with mild vitritis. Unlike MCP and PIC, it follows a rapid course with development of subretinal scarring without preceding CNV.
