Description
A 72 year-old man was admitted with persistent pain in his left chest and upper thorax following a road traffic accident in Austria ten days previously. At the time of the accident, he was admitted to hospital and had a chest drain inserted for a pneumothorax. On this occasion chest radiography and CT excluded both a pneumothorax and a splenic rupture. However several abnormalities were noted as incidental findings.
