Description
A 75 year old woman presented with increasing confusion over the preceding 2 months. She scored only 2 out of 10 on the abbreviated mental test. No focal neurological signs were found on examination. There was no significant past medical history and no history of head injury. She underwent unenhanced CT of the brain.
