Abstract
This review details the use of phototherary, both narrow-band UVB and phototchemotherapy, for psoriasis. it describes the salient features of the patient assessment and the rational behind both forms of treatment. Different regimens of treatment are described, as are potential pitfalls and how to deal with them.
