Welcome to Detrusor. Detrusor will work on your behalf, scanning the less popular journals, talking (or should we say listening) to experts and suffering at selected conferences and meetings, provided of course that they are held in what we might call favourable locations. We will also try to crash in on the various consensus panels (which are always held in favourable locations) in order to provide you with little spasms of useful urological information that don’t quite find their way into the mainstream urological press. Detrusor will work night and day making sure that you are alerted to anything of urological interest that appears in those journals with the highest citation indices and the greatest impact (N Engl J Med, JAMA, Lancet etc.).
