Description
Autoinflammatory disease refers to a group of disorders which manifest as recurrent attacks of unprovoked inf lammation. Clinical spectrum currently includes Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF), HyperIgD syndrome (HIDS), TNFReceptor Associated Periodic Syndrome (TRAPS) and Muckle-Wells syndrome and familial cold urticaria/autoinflammatory syndrome.
