Description
Adrenal lesions are rare in the working practice of most general histopathologists. However, abdominal scanning is revealing adrenal masses that would previously have been discovered only as incidental findings at autopsy. Some of these lesions will be removed and submitted for pathological examination. Therefore it is important to have some understanding of the spectrum of disease that might be encountered.
