Description
A 64 year old man was referred with a three
month history of poor memory and confusion,
associated with emotional lability and interrupted
sleep. He had a good appetite and no diurnal
variation in mood. Things came to a head when,
on one occasion, he had wandered from home
for a few hours. He lived with his 66 year old wife
and they were both in good physical health.
