Description
A 78 year old female presented with a history of increasing breathlessness over several months. Her hospital admission was precipitated by an episode of syncope, on admission she was found to be hypoxic (pO2 7.14) with a raised D-Dimer. ECG showed
S1Q3T3 pattern. The patient underwent a CT pulmonary arteriogram.
