Description
We report a case of 31 years old female patient developing APMPPE ( Acute posterior multifocal placoid pigmentory epetheliopathy)followed by visual loss after Hepatitis B vaccination and may be because of Hepatitis-A, Tetanus or Polio vaccination.
In OD she developed early macular involvement leading to scar formation while in OS fundus showed APMPPE which initially responded to oral steroids but repeated involvement of the macula resulted in to SRNVM formation.
