In this issue we have covered essential topics in Dermatopathology in order to provide guidelines and tips for routine practice in a field which forms a major proportion of the workload in any Pathology Department. The format of the topics and MCQs is the same as in our previous issues, primarily because of the extremely positive feedback we have had on these.

The overall response to this Bulletin and to the associated ACP-Study Days has been very encouraging. It has already become one of the more popular CPD Bulletins. However, the number attempting the MCQs is still low. Some Pathologists have commenced subscriptions (45/annum) which cover three issues of the Bulletin in which the MCQs then come free. Eventually, this Bulletin like all the other forty or so CPD Bulletins, will be available only on subscription, but many Pathologists who have begun subscriptions have been able to claim this fee from their Trusts. The opportunity of acquiring 9 CME credits at this rate without having to step out of the hospital and without needing to rummage through numerous books for answers can only be a good thing.

At present, the Bulletin is underwritten by RILA Publications Ltd and funded partly by MCQ returns and by the Study Days. We therefore encourage you to support it more vehemently by subscribing.

RILA Publications Ltd is currently developing a web-site which may eventually enable production of shortened versions of articles onto web pages. Study Days would also be advertised on these pages.
