Description

A 56 year old car mechanic presents to A & E. He was found unconscious at home by his brother who had been concerned about his recent bouts of depression. He fits soon after arrival in A & E and you are called to review as he has a GCS of 3/15. His blood pressure is 110/56, he has a tachycardia of 130 and is apyrexial.
