Description
We describe a case of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome
(POTS) in a young female, presenting several weeks
after neurosurgery, to the Medical Admissions Unit. The
diagnosis is discussed with reference to differential diagnosis,
diagnostic criteria, pathophysiology and treatment.
