Issues of sexual dysfunction, and erectile dysfunction in particular, present an important challenge to providers of sexual health services. This article gives an overview of the management of erectile
dysfunction. It covers the anatomy, physiology and pharmacology of erections , appropriate investigations and treatment. Current therapeutic options are discussed, including the most recent developments.
